The stories lamp is a modular table lamp channelling an appreciation for the unique- ness and connection between urban individuals. Each unit contrasts a sleeker metallic core with its concrete encasement, evocative of rugged industrial cityscapes. As each additional module is stacked, subtle light emits from its core to highlight the variations in its form and celebrate the diversity that exists within each multistory configuration. stories is available in a variety of forms and can be configured to different heights ac- cording to preference and environment. Its simplicity and interactivity are suitable for tabletop use in intimate bar and restaurant environments, or as ambient home lighting.

Through a multitude of positions and configurations, stories references the varied paths we chart by bringing together each narrative. While its inner sleek core features the distinct natures of different individuals forming our cities, the rugged concrete exterior with metal banding references the harsher shells we adopt. The warmth and light of each module is only accessed when they connect, bringing a moment of delight.
